DIDIER SYLVAIN

DIDIER SYLVAIN

Didier Sylvain supports leaders and teams at pivotal moments, bringing a rare multidisciplinary blend of strategic rigor, embodied practice, and creative depth to the work of transformation. Drawing on nearly two decades of experience, he coaches senior leaders and partners with organizations navigating uncertainty, rapid growth, and change, often when they have outgrown old ways of working. Through 1:1 executive coaching, facilitation, and leadership development, his work helps people translate insight into meaningful action, strengthening attunement, effectiveness, and alignment in the midst of complexity.

A former Deloitte consultant and Coro Fellow, Didier has taught leadership at Carnegie Mellon University and brings a practitioner’s lens to both inner development and organizational effectiveness. He designs and facilitates retreats, offsites, and transformative learning experiences for organizations including The New York Times, NBA Foundation, and WME Group, and has collaborated with learning partners such as Esalen Institute. Alongside his leadership work, Didier is a somatic practitioner trained through the Strozzi Institute, a student of tai chi and calligraphy, and a multi-instrumentalist and music producer. He approaches leadership, learning, and life itself as a creative practice.
