KELLY KAMAKA’ALOHI ASATO is a Transformational Facilitator and Somatic Coach with more than 20 years’ experience supporting leadership capacity. Specializing in somatic (body-based), experiential and systems thinking approaches to development, Kelly works both one on one and with groups to help clients authentically embody their leadership values and identify points of incongruence that limit their potential for inspiration, connection, and influence. In recent years, Kelly has helped Global 500 CEO candidates unlock their leadership potential in preparation for their leading global organizations. In her team practice, Kelly works with intact teams to drive peak performance by building capacity for managing challenging stakeholders and shifting complex team dynamics.
Over the years, Kelly has partnered with executives in a wide range of industries spanning consulting, finance, consumer and luxury goods, agriculture, technology, and pharma. Earlier in her career, Kelly worked as a senior human resource consultant coaching management teams and individuals in outplacement and on-boarding. She spent many years in the public sector, including government policy, collaborating on an economic development study for America Samoa and leading HR trainings for federal employees of the US Department of Homeland Security. Kelly is part of the Core Transformational Faculty at Mobius Executive Leadership and the Director of their Executive Retreat Practice, and an affiliate with The Weston Network and Seven Stones Leadership.
Kelly is a certified Somatic Coach and Bodyworker from the Strozzi Institute for Leadership and Mastery and is certified in the Leadership Circle Profile assessment. She holds certifications in Mastering Sustainable Abundance from Seven Stones Leadership and in Taoist Energy Healing and Spiritual Counseling. Kelly will soon be a certified Respectful Confrontation/ Fierce Civility Trainer from the Weston Network. She holds a B.A. from the University of Hawai’i in Communication and Organizational Management and serves on the Advisory Board of bringit! an environmental non-profit.
